Job Description:

Over 170 providers are housed at ten different locations within the Eugene/Springfield area and we are looking for providers who can align themselves with our mission to provide the highest quality, patient centered, cost effective health -care to the community we serve.

OMG is a physician managed and led group of Physicians, Advance Practice Clinicians, and Healthcare Professionals. We are an enthusiastic, interactive, and innovative group of like-minded providers seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of one Pain Management Physician and one Physician Assistant in providing for the Pain Management needs of the community. Practice encompasses all aspects of Pain Management including health care needs assessment, history & physicals, patient education and follow up. Experience in a pain management or primary care practice preferred.

Experience and Skills:
